A grounding, detoxifying foot soak designed to support lymphatic drainage and overall relaxation. This blend combines Epsom salts and magnesium flakes to help soothe muscles and replenish magnesium, bicarbonate of soda and Himalayan salt to gently cleanse and balance skin pH, and bentonite clay to draw out impurities. A curated essential oil profile; peppermint, ginger, laurel leaf, clove, lemon, and lavender. They add invigorating, warming, clarifying, and calming aromatics to stimulate circulation and comfort tired feet. Infused with Heidi’s personal reiki and energetic frequency, the soak is intended to support energetic clearing and promote a sense of calm and renewal while you relax. Use as a warm, up to 30 minute soak, followed by gentle drying, hydration and dry brushing of the legs for best results.
